Sales Engineer | Financial Technology | New York

We're partnering with a fast-growing financial technology firm looking to hire a Sales Engineer to support enterprise sales across global capital markets clients.

This is a highly technical, client-facing role where you'll bridge the gap between product, engineering, and sales—delivering demos, supporting proof of concepts, and helping sophisticated buy-side and sell-side clients evaluate complex pricing and risk solutions.

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years' experience in Sales Engineering, Financial Engineering, Quantitative Analysis, or a similar technical client-facing role

  • Strong knowledge of pricing and risk within capital markets

  • Experience with pricing, valuation, or risk platforms (e.g. Murex, Calypso, Numerix, Bloomberg, Aladdin, Broadridge or similar)

  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and commercial stakeholders

  • Basic coding/API knowledge and strong technical aptitude

  • Experience working with banks, hedge funds, asset managers, or financial software vendors
