Senior Application Support Analyst | New York | Hybrid, 3 days in the office | FinTech | SaaS
Salary: $140,000 - $150,000
We're hiring an experienced Senior Application Support Analyst to join a fast-growing FinTech business in New York.
You'll lead the resolution of complex production issues, manage major incidents, support enterprise SaaS clients, and work closely with engineering to deliver exceptional service.
Key skills:
- 5+ years in Application Support / Production Support
- SQL, REST APIs, JSON, Python
- AWS or Azure
- SaaS & cloud technologies
- Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Kibana, Grafana, Jira or similar
- Financial Services, Capital Markets or Asset Management experience
