The commercial team has recently been restructured into dedicated new business and client growth functions, and this hire joins the client side.
What you’ll be doing
- Working with a senior account manager to look after and grow a portfolio of existing clients
- Owning renewals from start to finish and keeping that revenue secure
- Spotting and closing upsell opportunities across the client base
- Building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders at client firms
- Keeping account plans, pipeline and client records accurate and up to date
What you’ll bring
- Two to three years’ experience in financial markets, from fintech, a trading floor or a trading venue
- Excellent organisation, with the discipline to keep a busy book of clients in order
- A confident, outgoing personality and comfort dealing with senior client contacts
- A commercial mindset and the drive to grow revenue from existing relationships
- French, German or Spanish would be a real advantage
