The Role
- Own and drive the marketing function end-to-end, from strategy through to execution
- Manage and optimise HubSpot across both marketing and sales use cases
- Develop creative, digitally-led campaigns that reflect a modern, AI-native approach to marketing
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activity with commercial priorities
- Build brand presence and marketing infrastructure to support ambitious growth plans into 2027 and beyond
- Bring fresh thinking and a hands-on approach to a function that's ready to be shaped and scaled
About You
- Fintech marketing experience essential (agency experience with strong fintech exposure will also be considered)
- Confident using HubSpot for both marketing and sales workflows
- Creative, digitally fluent, and genuinely engaged with AI tools and how they can enhance marketing output
- Has operated under a senior marketer previously and is ready to take full ownership of the function
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Based within commuting distance of Canary Wharf, with flexibility for a hybrid working pattern (Wednesdays in-office as standard, with most of the team also in Tuesday and Thursday)
