£700–£900 per day | Inside IR35 | 6-Month Contract + Extensions | London (3 Days Hybrid)
A leading banking client is seeking a Data Engineering Lead / Technical Delivery Lead who can combine hands-on Python engineering with leadership and delivery ownership.
You'll lead enterprise data engineering initiatives whilst remaining technically hands-on, driving architecture, delivery and engineering best practice across the team.
This role offers a genuine blend of leadership and engineering, with around 30–50% hands-on development.
