First SME Account Executive
AI SaaS (PropTech) | London (4 days office, WFH Wednesdays) | Competitive salary + equity
An early-stage AI company building the operational system for UK lettings and estate agency — including a voice AI agent that handles branch calls — is hiring its first dedicated SME sales hire to build a repeatable new business motion from scratch.
The Role
A founding sales seat: no inherited pipeline, no playbook, no warm inbound.
- Own new business across a target list of independent lettings agencies (up to c.6 branches), 40–60 dials a day
- Run live Zoom demos and close fast — dial to demo to close within the week
- Personally onboard your first ten wins to live-and-billing (c.60% selling / 40% onboarding early on)
- Build the playbook the next five reps will use
- Report to a company co-founder
About You
- Confident, live-demo seller who thinks on their feet
- Hands-on user of AI tools/LLMs in your own work
- Ideally PropTech, vertical SaaS-into-SME, or ex-small-business owner background
- Fast, full-cycle closer — not a BDR or enterprise seller
- Commercially sharp, comfortable building an ROI case against a customer's P&L
