This is an established, award-winning regtech SaaS provider serving asset managers, fund administrators and investment firms across Europe and the US. With circa 90% recurring revenue, a blue-chip client base and a newly launched product line, the business is investing in new logo growth across the UK and Europe.
The Role
This is a new business role in its purest form: no inherited accounts, no renewals, no farming. You'll hunt, win and hand over.
- Own new business across the UK and Europe, selling regulatory reporting and compliance software into asset managers, hedge funds, fund admins and investment firms
- Work a blended deal pyramid: a small number of six-figure enterprise wins, a core of £30–50k mid-market deals, and smaller quick wins to keep pipeline momentum
- Sell into CROs, CCOs, Heads of Compliance and Operations leaders - roughly 60% of wins displace incumbent vendors, 40% are greenfield
- Earn commission on full deal value (licence plus onboarding), with 12 months' exclusivity on upsells into your accounts
- Run a consultative, challenger-style sales process supported by modern CRM and outreach tooling
- 5+ years owning and delivering against a substantial individual sales target
- Background in regtech, compliance software or adjacent fintech SaaS
- Fluent in the language of the buyer: AIFM, MiFID, transaction reporting, regulatory disclosure
- A genuine relationship builder with a strong personal network, visible at industry events
- Comfortable running structured outbound alongside network-led selling
- Based in or within reach of London, happy to be in the office 2–3 days a week
- £90,000–£120,000 base salary, benchmarked to experience
- Uncapped commission - full double OTE genuinely achievable on deal volume
