The Role
You’ll work directly with enterprise banking clients, acting as the bridge between technical delivery and commercial success.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting enterprise onboarding and implementation projects
- Working closely with users to drive adoption and business value
- Acting as a technical and consultative point of contact for clients
- Helping shape solutions around customer workflows and requirements
- Translating technical concepts into commercially meaningful outcomes
- Feeding customer insights back into product and engineering teams
- Supporting strategic pre-sales conversations and proof-of-concepts
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across banking organisations

- Strong client-facing capability and commercial awareness
- Early-stage AI business with major institutional backing
