A highly-backed AI firm entering a major growth phase is hiring one of its first commercial-facing technical hires in London.
The position sits somewhere between:

The business is building advanced AI technology designed to crawl, interpret, and operationalise complex internal knowledge environments - including codebases, documentation, workflows, and enterprise systems.
Their first major institutional client is already secured.
Now they need someone capable of helping enterprise banking customers successfully implement, adopt, and maximise the value of the platform.

You’ll join early enough to have real influence over:

The Role
You’ll work directly with enterprise banking clients, acting as the bridge between technical delivery and commercial success.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting enterprise onboarding and implementation projects
  • Working closely with users to drive adoption and business value
  • Acting as a technical and consultative point of contact for clients
  • Helping shape solutions around customer workflows and requirements
  • Translating technical concepts into commercially meaningful outcomes
  • Feeding customer insights back into product and engineering teams
  • Supporting strategic pre-sales conversations and proof-of-concepts
  • Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across banking organisations
This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to both clients and leadership.

  • Strong client-facing capability and commercial awareness
