This role sits within a high-growth fintech business transforming equity capital markets through data, analytics, and workflow technology. You’ll work closely with sell-side clients, supporting platform adoption, building relationships across ECM teams, and identifying opportunities to expand usage and drive value.

Key responsibilities:
- Own and grow a portfolio of sell-side clients, with a focus on expansion revenue (upsell & cross-sell)
- Identify new use cases, teams, and workflows to drive increased platform adoption
- Build strong relationships across ECM functions to uncover growth opportunities
- Partner with product and customer success teams to align on client needs and expansion strategy
- 3+ years’ experience in capital markets (investment banking, markets, or fintech)
- Familiarity with equity capital markets (ECM), syndicate, or equities workflows
- Client-facing or stakeholder interaction experience
- Strong communication skills and commercial mindset
- Interest in fintech and data-driven solutions
