Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on high-value deals with sales cycles of 6 months to 1 year.
  • Build and nurture relationships with technical and non-technical decision-makers, including VP, CTO, and C-level executives within large enterprises.
  • Collaborate closely with presales teams to understand customer needs, showcase product capabilities, and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Develop strategic account plans to penetrate new markets, especially within the US.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reports to ensure sales targets are met.

Profile:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, ideally within the fintech, payments, crypto, or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Proven success in managing complex, enterprise-level sales processes.
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate complex solutions effectively.
  • Experience selling in a startup or scale-up environment, familiar with setting up go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to maintain relationships over long sales cycles with persistence.
