Stanley is a Recruitment Consultant within Harrington Starr's Change & Transformation team, specialising in supporting financial services, capital markets and payments organisations. He partners with clients to recruit Business Analysts, Project Managers and Delivery Leads, helping businesses deliver complex transformation programmes and strategic change initiatives.
With a long-standing fascination for the capital markets industry, Stanley has developed a strong understanding of the sector beyond recruitment. In early 2026, he spent time as a sole retail futures trader, trading MNQ (Micro E-mini Nasdaq-100) futures contracts, giving him first-hand insight into trading environments and market dynamics. This experience enables him to have more informed conversations with both clients and candidates across the financial technology and capital markets landscape.
