Harrington Starr’s annual International Women’s Day event returns in 2026 with the theme Leadership That Opens Doors, bringing together women, men, and allies from across the financial technology ecosystem for a leadership-led conversation on access, opportunity, and long-term progression. The event focuses on practical insight, shared responsibility, and the role leadership plays in building sustainable, high-performing organisations.

 As the FinTech sector continues to mature, leaders are navigating increasing complexity, from scaling teams and attracting specialist talent to creating cultures that support performance, development, and retention. This event explores how leadership behaviour, decision-making, and accountability directly influence outcomes across hiring, progression, and organisational growth within modern financial services and technology-driven businesses.

The event will feature four short, thought-provoking leadership talks, designed to share perspective, challenge assumptions, and encourage reflection. The sessions will be hosted by Nadia Edwards-Dashti, CCO & Co-Founder and Georgia Richardson, Head of Marketing at Harrington Starr.
