Algo / SaaS
Location: London (Hybrid)
Circa £150k base + uncapped revenue share (no cap, highly leveraged)
The Opportunity
A fast-scaling execution technology firm is expanding into the sell-side, offering banks and brokers a more scalable, SaaS-led alternative to traditional algo distribution models.
This role focuses on building strategic, recurring revenue relationships with sell-side institutions across the UK and Asia.
The Role
- Drive new business with sell-side firms (investment banks, brokers, agency desks)
- Position a SaaS-style offering (subscription and/or revenue share) rather than purely transactional execution
- Sell into electronic trading, execution services, and algo distribution teams
- Build long-term, embedded commercial relationships
- Help define the firm’s sell-side go-to-market strategy from the ground up
What They’re Looking For
- Experience selling to the sell-side (execution services, algos, EMS/OMS, or market structure solutions)
- Strong network across electronic trading desks and execution leadership
- Track record of landing and expanding strategic revenue relationships
- Commercially sharp – able to sell subscription / platform value vs flow-based models
- Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable building a market from scratch
Why This Role
- Move away from purely flow-driven revenue into sticky, recurring SaaS contracts
- Typical deal sizes starting ~$50–60k per month (or revenue share upside)
- Backed by proven leadership with deep pedigree in electronic trading
- Early hire into a new strategic growth channel
