Working with a high-calibre DeFi team building serious onchain trading infrastructure.
Looking for a quant-minded engineer with a strong academic background (maths, physics, CS, engineering or similar) and a genuine obsession with onchain market mechanics.

• Tick-range management and LP optimisation
• DEX–CEX arbitrage dynamics
• MEV structures and incentive design
• Emerging ecosystems like Hyperliquid
What you’ll be doing:
• Building and improving connectivity across AMMs, orderbooks and major CEXs
• Optimising pricing and execution engines across L1/L2 environments
• Designing intelligent liquidity strategies (JIT liquidity, dynamic range management)
• Working on low-latency data ingestion, mempool flows and cross-rollup execution
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field
• 2+ years strong Rust and Solidity
• Experience building low-latency, high-throughput trading or onchain systems
• Strong distributed systems knowledge
• Comfortable across Linux, AWS, Docker, Git
High ownership. Close collaboration with founders. Real impact on live DeFi infrastructure.
