Fintech | Fixed Income Data & Analytics

London | Hybrid

£60,000 base + performance-linked commission + benefits

A fast-growing fintech specialising in fixed income data analytics is hiring a Junior Sales Executive to support new client acquisition and account expansion across institutional markets.

Working closely with an experienced sales lead, you’ll be on the front line of outbound activity, client engagement and early-stage deal execution - gaining exposure to complex sales cycles across global capital markets.

What you’ll help clients achieve

  • Turn fragmented fixed income data into actionable insight for pricing, liquidity discovery and execution quality

  • Support structured evaluations and PoCs with clear success criteria and time-to-value

  • Build commercial cases that resonate with front-office, data and technology stakeholders

The role

New client acquisition

  • Own the early stages of the sales cycle: research, outbound prospecting, meeting booking and follow-ups

  • Build and manage a named account list across buy-side and sell-side institutions

  • Engage multiple stakeholders including front office, data, technology and procurement

  • Join senior sales leads on client meetings, developing trusted relationships over time

Account growth

  • Work with Customer Success to identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities

  • Help progress trials into wider, multi-desk or multi-region rollouts

Market insight & enablement

  • Track market trends and competitive intelligence

  • Feed client insight back into product, messaging and GTM strategy

  • Contribute to sales playbooks, discovery frameworks, ROI models and case studies

About you

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development within fintech, capital markets or market data

  • Understanding of fixed income workflows and front-office buyer personas is highly desirable

  • Exposure to selling data, analytics or SaaS into financial institutions is a strong advantage

  • Confident communicator with a value-based, ROI-led sales approach

  • Analytical, structured and commercially curious

  • Strong technical aptitude and CRM discipline (HubSpot or similar)

  • Fluent English required; additional European languages a plus

What’s on offer

  • Circa £60,000 base salary plus performance-linked commission

  • 25 days’ holiday plus public holidays

  • Hybrid working (home and central London office)

  • Direct exposure to senior sales leadership and founders

  • Clear development path into a full Account Executive role

  • Opportunity to help shape the go-to-market engine of a scaling fintech
