This is a hands-on senior sales role within an early-stage fintech operating at the intersection of payments, risk and advanced analytics.
The business is backed by a top-tier venture investor, has a small, globally distributed team, and is helping payment companies understand merchant risk in far more depth, to then use that insight to enable growth.
They are now looking for a proven, senior individual contributor to personally drive revenue across Europe and Latin America, with scope to influence global expansion over time.

- Each opportunity involves deep discovery, bespoke pricing, and tailored commercial structures — closer to insurance or risk solutions than standard SaaS.
- You’ll own deals end-to-end and close business yourself.
- Global travel, and full sales-cycle ownership.
- Large, complex deals
- £250k–£1.5m deal sizes, with an annual personal target of £1–2m.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and delivering revenue targets across Europe and Latin America
- Leading complex, consultative sales cycles with acquirers, payment facilitators and payment platforms
- Engaging senior commercial, risk, compliance and technical stakeholders
- Building go-to-market approaches and sales materials alongside leadership
- Acting as the voice of the customer internally - shaping product and roadmap priorities
- Representing the business at key industry events and conferences
- Supporting the early foundations of marketing and brand presence
What They’re Looking For
- 7+ years in quota-carrying sales roles within payments or adjacent fintech
- Proven experience selling non-standard, highly customised solutions
- Strong network across payment companies (acquirers, PayFacs, PSPs, platforms)
- Demonstrable history of closing £1m+ in personal annual revenue
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a lean, high-expectation environment
- Willingness to travel internationally (Europe regularly, APAC periodically)
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Exposure to insurance or risk-led commercial models
- Experience building or scaling early-stage sales functions
- US market exposure
- Experience working effectively in long-term remote environments
