Senior Sales Executive
RegTech - Beneficial Ownership Monitoring
London (Hybrid – 3 days office-based)
Salary: £70,000–£80,000 base
OTE: £105k–£120k Year 1 | £140k+ Year 2
This is a specialist new-business sales role focused exclusively on Beneficial Ownership Monitoring and Shareholding Disclosure.
The business is an established RegTech SaaS provider with a global client base across buy-side and sell-side financial institutions. Due to increased regulatory scrutiny and growing demand for ownership transparency, the firm is expanding its commercial capability in this specific product area.
This role is designed for someone already operating in the BOM space who wants to step into a more visible, influential position - becoming a recognised subject-matter expert rather than one of many sales contributors.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Owning new business development for Beneficial Ownership Monitoring solutions
- Managing complex, enterprise sales cycles involving compliance, legal, regulatory change and operations stakeholders
- Building and maintaining a high-quality pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Converting both greenfield opportunities and targeted upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Feeding market insight back into leadership to influence product direction and go-to-market strategy
- Staying current on global ownership regimes, disclosure thresholds and regulatory developments
Essential experience
- Proven track record selling Beneficial Ownership Monitoring and/or Shareholding Disclosure solutions
- Enterprise B2B / SaaS sales experience into financial institutions
- Strong understanding of ownership disclosure frameworks and regulatory drivers
- Confidence selling across multiple jurisdictions
Ideal background
- RegTech, regulatory reporting or compliance technology
- Selling into asset managers, hedge funds, banks or investment firms
- Someone currently doing BOM sales but seeking greater ownership, recognition and influence
