A high-growth data & analytics provider is searching for an accomplished Enterprise Sales Director to drive new business across capital markets.

The company delivers ultra-granular order-book data and advanced analytics to banks, brokers, asset managers, hedge funds, and trading firms, helping them optimise research, trading strategies, and workflow performance. 

This is a senior, quota-carrying role focused on opening new logos, shaping commercial strategy, and strengthening relationships across the trading community.


The Role

You’ll lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, identifying prospects, managing inbound opportunities, conducting deep discovery, positioning the value proposition, and closing complex, high-value contracts. You’ll work closely with senior commercial leaders to build pipeline across capital markets and trading clients.
You’ll also mentor junior team members and act as a trusted presence in the market. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of capital markets prospects.
  • Close new enterprise accounts, typically $250k–$1m ACV.
  • Map client needs and align the full data/analytics suite to their use cases.
  • Deliver compelling pitches and technical demos.
  • Feed client insights into Product to influence roadmap direction.
  • Guide and develop junior sales colleagues
  • Collaborate across Client Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure a seamless client experience. 

About You
  • Strong track record selling enterprise data, infrastructure, or software into hedge funds, trading firms, or investment managers.
  • Well-established network across the EMEA trading & capital markets community.
  • Skilled in negotiating and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Familiar with cloud data infrastructure, trading workflows, and hedge-fund structures.
  • Methodical hunter with a disciplined sales approach (MEDDICC/TAS beneficial).
  • Excellent communicator with high attention to detail and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and LinkedIn for sourcing and engagement.
