Joining Nadia on this episode of The DEI Discussions is Julie Chakraverty, Founder of Rungway. Julie discusses her impressive journey leading up to Founding Rungway; in 2006 she was named in Management Today’s ‘Top 35 Women Under 35’; and she was recognised in The Times newspaper as the youngest female director of a FTSE-100 company, aged 41.
Rungway is a communication platform where employees and leadership can have open, honest and inclusive conversations. It gives a chance for a more diverse range of voices and topics to be brought to the fore, whether in person or anonymously.
