- Developing a compliance training programme for all employees and ensuring its effectiveness
- Providing compliance assistance to first-line business units when needed
- Leading monthly Risk and Compliance Committee packs, taking and distributing minutes.
- Acting as a central point of contacts for third-party auditors and managing any conflict of interest processes
Requirements:
- Knowledge in UK/EU electronic money and payment services regulations
- Excellent communication & analytical skills
- Professional qualifications in risk or compliance are desirable
- Deep understanding of the payments services and e-money sector, such as card schemes and the BIN Sponsorship operating model.
