You'll Be Leading:
- The first in-house technical hire for this groundbreaking platform.
- A team of talented engineers you'll build and mentor locally in London.
- Day-to-day ownership of the codebase, making key technical decisions for expansion.
Technical Requirements:
- Guru of Java with a strong grasp of high-availability, low-latency systems.
- Architecting for scale and performance using AWS, Kafka, and Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of event-driven architectures and microservices principles.
