Oliver Knight, based in our New York office, specialises in placing quantitative researchers, developers, analysts, and traders across all experience levels.

We asked Oli why he entered the recruitment industry:

“The prospect of a job in which I was able to get out what I put in was very exciting to me. The reality that every day, I have the opportunity to change people’s lives and in doing so, further Harrington Starr and myself, seemed quite unique. Having said that, I do not think I would have joined the recruitment industry if it was not for Harrington Starr; as their distinct values and focus on career progression set themselves apart from other recruitment companies I interviewed for after University.”

And how do you see your career progressing?

“I want to establish myself as an expert in my space, working with the most exciting FinTechs and businesses across the world to source the highest quality talent possible for them. The most important thing for me is to find purpose in what I do day in, day out, whilst feeling that I am constantly improving.”
