Senior Support

The overall objective of this role is to act as a Senior Windows 10 Desktop Support Engineer in a critical role within EUC. Responsible for but not limited to supporting the roll out of Windows 10 and Office 365. This resource will be responsible for troubleshooting issues post migration during the warranty period and ensuring fixes are documented and passed onto the business as usual support teams. This resource will is also expected to be responsible for 3rd line support of any issues raised and assisting 1st/2nd line support with troubleshooting issues. The position will receive direction from the EUC Programme team.  The individual will arm our employees with the best tools and information available to help them excel at the work they do, and deliver a world-class customer experience.  The role requires ensuring that Products are delivered to the required predefined and agreed quality standards, within the specified constraints to time and cost and quality. Additionally the role is to ensure that delivery produces the result of the benefits defined at the Project Initiation stage (PID) and that all aspects of delivery meet the projects “Acceptance and agreed standards.”
