Our client is an innovate and rapidly growing FinTech vendor providing post trade automation software across the Financial Services Industry. Having continued to grow over the past 5 years in the US, they have exclusively partnered with Harrington Starr to find an experienced Sales Leader that can lead and manage a team of 4+ sales hunters and establish a successful Sales strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will join the Senior Leadership team and has an exciting future growth potential. Responsibilities
Work directly with the CEO setting sales team quotas and strategies to enable projected growth
Constant and accurate sales pipeline forecasting
Lead by example and proactively prospect new and existing clients
Establish and build relationships with existing and new clients
Build out and grow the sales team by being responsible for hiring and training new sales employees
Required Skills
Previous experience in leading and managing a sales team in the financial technology sector
Strong book of contacts within both the buy and sell side
Proven track record of exceeding individual sales quotas ideally with the financial data sales space
Ability to motivate sales team
