VP of Client Retention

Account Manager – An established global investment management software provider, is looking for a VP of Client Retention. This person will bring together the Account Mgmt. and Client Success team to create new sales ideas and grow the business.
 
Our client is a global Financial Technology software provider serving mostly buy side clientele.
 
Required Skills:
-5-10 years of experience managing a book of business with a strategic focus on growing it to the next level.
-Someone who has been in both an Account Management and Customer Success role at a SaaS company.
-Management experience is preferred.
-Strong organization, time management, and customer facing skills to grow the client base and drive revenues.
-College/University degree required, MBA preferred.
 
Job Responsibilities:
-Bridge the gap between the Customer Success team and Account Management team
-Actively grow a book of business of mostly buy side clients, hitting monthly and yearly quotas.
-Create new strategies for key accounts and grow revenue within.
-Manage sales process, be client facing, and proactively generate new strategies for clients.
