Active Series SIE, 7, 63, 3, & 24 licenses
Deep understanding and passion for the Equities, Futures, Options and Crypto markets
Strong skills in sales team leadership, executive presence, negotiating and communication
An absolute hunter mindset, with a history of exceeding sales quotas
Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing sales team
The successful candidate will be expected to lead the sales organization to hunt and close new partnerships across financial segments in both the US and beyond, whilst also having direct ownership of developing global sales reporting and performance metrics and sales training programs.
