The North Starr, part of the Harrington Starr recruitment group are looking to hire a UX Web Designer who is at the top of their game and looking for a move.

This role will see the post holder combines their talents across UX Web Design and full client creativity.

The team are based near to Waterloo and you'll be treated to a great way of agency life within trendy new offices. You'll also experience first hand their policy of flexible home working as they fully embrace this culture and understand the benefits it brings to the business.

The core responsibilities for this role will be as follows:

Work with clients to improve transparency across the entire project lifecycle

Be able to challenge clients in a positive way with design concepts.

Working with the creative Director, be the design led on business critical projects.

Play a major part in the strategy & design of innovative digital products.

Liaise with developers to deliver on a project deadlines.

The core skills required for this role are as follows:

Excellent commercial experience in UX/ User Experience Design with a strong portfolio.

Strong experience of requirements analysis and full project lifecycle exposure as part of a wider team player.

Strong logical thinker who has the confidence to at times, push back and challenge client design proposals

Have understanding of broad range of front end technologies, Wordpress, Angular, Native React etc but not to code.

Broad understanding of both web & native applications.

Have the confidence to adopt managerial qualities to help junior team members when required.
