UX Product Manager
Our client an award-winning software vendor are searching for a senior UX Product Manager to join their growing product team.

As a UX Product Manager will ensure that the products and services the client delivers have their usability by the clients at their core – ensuring simplicity of use and efficiency of interaction.

You will be the go-to person for all User Experience, User Interface and User Interaction Design within the business.  You will advise the Product and Technology community on design development and where required manage 3^rd party resources. 

With client/customer research as a core skill, you will build speedy prototypes with your partners in development and oversee user research to gain insights on the validity of the value propositions and product/market fit.

Actively participating in the agile development process, you will ensure “design thinking” is embedded right from the ideation stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide, own and communicate the overall Design strategy which influences the Product vision
• Guide the business into becoming UX design-centric
• Recommend and drive prioritization of requirements from competing product domains
• Undertake regular user research, gaining insights into  product’s usability and relevance to clients

Experience required

• Mobile and web design tools – from prototype tools (e.g. Invision) to asset design and creation (e.g. Sketch) and collaboration tools (e.g. Zeplin) – in this role, you will decide which toolset to use
• Software development lifecycle in an Agile environment
• Microsoft office suite; Salesforce
• Have 3 years of leading a team, with specific experience of target setting and performance management of third party and contract resources
• Stakeholder Management including operating with C-level leaders
• Have 3 years’ experience in a Design Lead/Senior Designer role
