In this contract role as a Technical Support Analyst you will join the business’s middle office team to play a pivotal part as first line support for all trade queries and Vendor defects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Balancing Settlements
  • Understand full trade lifecycle
  • Be on hand for all trade queries
  • Track any defects with vendor

Skills required:

  • Full understanding of Gloss Systems
  • Meticulous eye for detail
  • 3+ years’ experience in Financial Services as an Analyst
  • Able to communicate effectively across the business
