Harrington Starr are proud to have partnered with a specialist Asset Manager who are currently managing over £20 billion as they seek a Windows Security Analyst. This position will sit within the IT team and report directly into the Head of Infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing:
Configure and maintain security tools and technologies specific to the windows environment.
Implement a SIEM Solutions, including setting up the necessary data collectors, log aggregators, and event correlation rules.
Implement an internal penetration testing system.
Responsible for the deployment of patches and updates for windows operating systems, applications, and other software.
What you’ll need:
Experience securing a Windows platform and a track record of remedying complex technical issues.
Development of firmwide guidelines, standards, and procedures around IT security policy.
Experience in builtin protection technologies for security Windows platforms (auditing, monitoring and events logging).
Endpoint Security (AV, Anti Malware, EDR, Vulnerability scanning, Patch Management).
