Harrington Starr has partnered with a Global Financial Software Platform and Services Provider and they are looking to hire a Team Lead C#.NET Developer to take ownership over a newly formed Development team where you will take on a Lead role with Line Management responsibilities whilst still being hands on with Development using the Microsoft Tech Stack.
This is a great opportunity to join a major brand in the Fintech Products and Services arena and help shaped out, grow and management of a new Software Engineering Development team for a company based in the City of London. You will work directly with their clients and help solve complex problems, plan and execute weekly / month Sprints within development. This role will require you to be technically hands on and manage both internal and external relationships with Engineers and the business.

Key Skills:
- Extensive Hands on Development with the Microsoft Stack. C#.NET
- Extensive experience with CI/CD
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong Database knowledge with SQL Server.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong academic background with a BSc in Computing, Science, Engineering or Mathematics
- Ability to Team Lead and experience as a Line Manager.
