Systems Administrator – London – Linux (RedHat/CentOS), VMware, Citrix, Windows (Active Directory), Firewalls, Switches – up to £65,000
A global leader in high performance multi-asset execution management are hiring within their global team. This team is responsible for the management and enhancement of a fully virtualized Linux, Windows Infrastructure and Cisco network.
Responsibilities of the role:
- System administration technical expert for networks and operating systems
- 1st and 2nd line support of hosting and operations of SaaS solutions
- Maintaining physical and virtual servers
- Configuration of network devices
- Maintenance of Citrix environment
- Plan for hardware or software upgrades
- Monitor system performance, IT system operations and storage utilization
Requirements:
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Linux systems (RedHat/ CentOS)
- Virtualisation (VMware)
- Windows technologies (AD)
- TCP/IP/Routing/VLANs and experience with managing network devices such as firewalls and switches
- Interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
