The System Support Analyst is required to provide a broad range of Information Technology support to clients in BMO and European geographies. They will also validate & implement new requirements to all internal Clients within BMO; mainly in the UK & Europe. They will be responsible to ensure that all relevant IT services are operational and secure while dealing with faults and breaches in an effective and appropriate manner in line with agreed service levels and in accordance with the Bank of Montreal operational policies and procedures. They will help business realise requirements and guide them through the implementation process.
The job involves the delivery of a highly reliable, efficient and secure service to the user community while adhering to agreed service levels and industry and regulatory best practices adopted by BMO.
