Application Support Specialist – Epsom – Application Support / ERP / SQL / Crystal Reports / Data / End Users / Sage – £35,000 to £40,000

North Starr are working in working in collaboration with a FTSE 100 company on the search for an Application Support Specialist to join their Application Support team in Surrey. This company is a highly successful, specialist international distribution and services Group with operations across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. They support businesses all over the world with a variety of products & services that are essential for the successful operation of their customers businesses.

The successful Application Support Specialist will be responsible for identifying issues with the ERP systems as well as providing support and training for end users on applications. Implement and testing changes to the ERP systems will be key projects that the Application Support Specialist will be involved in.

The core skill set required for this Application Support Specialist role are:

  • Experience with ERP systems (Sage Line 500, Sage Line 1000, Sage X3)
  • Experience with Crystal Reports
  • Experience with SQL scripts and SQL server
  • Excellent communication skills
