Support Engineer / Client Support Analyst - City of London - Windows, Server, Exchange, VMware, Active Directory, MS Office, Bloomberg, Reuters, TCP/IP - £50,000

A global organisation providing consultancy services to the financial services Hedge Fund space is currently looking to build out their Client Support Team by hiring a talented Support Analyst (Windows, Server, Exchange, VMware, Active Directory, MS Office, Bloomberg, Reuters, TCP/IP).

The successful Support Analyst (Windows, Server, Exchange, VMware, Active Directory, MS Office, Bloomberg, Reuters, TCP/IP) must have experience providing 1st / 2nd / 3rd line Support and have the ability to build relationships with clients. You will be responsible for liaising with other staff members to ensure quick issue resolution, play a role in operational projects and work with the service desk, Problem Management teams and other technology team. You will be responsible for going out to client site, so it is imperative that you are confident to walking onto trading floors facing off to the business.
