An excellent opportunity in the finance space has come up working as a Support Engineer (IT app, Office 365, Skype, Troubleshooting, and Microsoft). You will bring excellent communication and with specific Microsoft support experience. This role sits in the heart of London with an expectation daily to provide face to face customer service, excellent communication skills and attack day to day with a problem solving mind set.

The successful candidate will support deployment of Microsoft Surface Pro devices, and work with implementation of tools such as Office 365, InTune, Skype for business and various other new additions to workplace tool integration. You will be working as a Support Engineer with previous experience troubleshooting face to face, understanding workplace technologies prior to delivery, understanding track and monitoring of work, logging success and client satisfaction is key.
