Support Analyst (Windows/Active Directory/Exchange) – £27,000 – Northampton.

Windows – MS – Exchange – Active Directory – O365 – MAC – Mobile – iOs - Android - EPOS .

I am working with one of the fastest growing & most innovative brands in the UK to find a bright, dedicated 1st/2nd line support analyst to join their pivotal team in Northampton.

As the company infrastructure grows and develops, your responsibility will be to provide 1st/2nd support both over the phone and face to face, resolving internal technical issues that users might face.  

The support you provide will be centred around desktops, applications, phone systems and day to day IT admin. You will work off a ticketing system, carefully logging incidents and following up with the necessary teams and third parties. You will also be expected to monitoring and flag any trends that develop throughout your logs.

A huge bonus of this position is fantastic technical training and investment in career development but the ideal candidate will have previous experience providing 1st line support in a busy multi-platform environment.

Key requirements

  • Experience supporting Windows & MAC environments
  • Experience support mobile platforms – iOS, Android.
  • Experience supporting MS applications (Exchange/Active Directory/0365)
  • Fantastic communication & customer service skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, organisation skills & ability to prioritise.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and brand promotion.
