Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support Engineer – City of London – Windows, MS Office, Active Directory, iOS, Blackberry, Apple - £40,000

A leading financial MSP is looking to hire a talented Support Analyst to work permanently on one of their client sites in the West End. The end client is looking to implement a Techbar and the successful candidate will be providing face-to-face customer support similar to Apple’s “Genius Bar” concept. Employees will be able to book reservations with the Techbar in order to resolve any workplace technology issues.

Daily responsibilities will include: supporting the deployment of Microsoft Surface Pro devices and assisting with the implementation and adoption of Workplace technologies including: Office365, InTune and Skype for Business.
