Support Analyst ((Microsoft-Skype - MS Office)) £35,000

An excellent opportunity has materialized for a Support Analyst (Microsoft-Skype - MS Office) to hit the ground running in an open, problem solving, team working set up based in London. This role requires a Support Analyst to provide software and hardware support. You will be expected to provide face to face support, you will be the go to support for the business, so building that communication and in house relationships are key.

The successful candidate will be proactive, driven and provide consistant problem solving daily deliver to internal staff. Investigating and taking responsibility of each issue is a key attribute needed for this role.
