Strategic Account Manager, AML/KYC - London

The Company

We have got one of the hottest jobs in the market for our client’s base.  Harrington Starr has partnered with one of the leaders in client onboarding and KYC & AML providers.  I am searching for a strong Strategic Account Manager with a proven track record to join the business.  Since my client’s inception in the early 2000’s, this company has gone from strength to strength and offers one of the best screening solutions across the regulatory and compliance market.

 

The Role

  • Managing a portfolio of a large banking clients
  • Retaining current clients and upselling other services into those accounts
  • Put in place strategies that will see low revenue and non-frequently engaged accounts turn into A clients
  • Eyes and ears of the business and relaying feedback on product and service
  • Responding to clients in a timely manner ensuring the best service is being delivered

 

The Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years working in a similar role
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts
  • Ability to demonstrate a track record in upselling into those accounts
  • Knowledge or understanding in financial crime, KYC and AML solutions
