Job description
We’re delighted to be partnering with a leading FinTech firm known for their professional trading software who are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join their New York team. The ideal candidate will have:- 5+ years of Account/Relationship Management experience across financial services, with a particular focus on the Trading space
- Exposure to the Futures, Energy, Fixed Income and or the Cash financial markets required – working knowledge of trading platforms desirable
- Customer escalation management experience
