Service Desk Analyst / Help Desk Analyst – City of London

A leading Hedge Fund based in the City is currently looking to hire a junior Service Desk Analyst / Help Desk Analyst to join their established team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to my client’s internal user base.

The day-to-day duties of the junior Service Desk Analyst / Help Desk Analyst  will include help desk support – answering support calls from clients and processing support emails, logging calls and using initiative and taking ownership of queries, investigating and resolving queries and escalating them where necessary, testing new software functionality and general administrative duties.

To be considered for the Service Desk Analyst / Help Desk Analyst role you will require the following skill-set:

  • Happy to work shifts 06:45–15:15, 09:00-17:30, 12:00noon–20:30
  • Windows 7 / 8
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange 2010 / 2013
  • MS Office
  • Degree or Apprenticeship
  • Excellent Communication
