IT Support Analyst- £26,000- Winchester

A leading Financial Services organisation based in the Winchester are looking to hire a talented IT Support Analyst to join their rapidly expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior candidate to work for a well respected financial services company where you will receive first rate training and progression opportunities.

In this role as IT Support Analyst you will provide a single point of contact for IT services and support for the companies staff and partners. You will be responsible for dealing with requests, incidents and queries. It will be your role to track, update and manage calls to resolution, escalating where necessary as well as providing desk side support. 

In order to be considered for the role of IT Support Analyst the following skills will be required;

- Active Directory

- Windows 7

- Exchange 2007 / 2010 / 2013

- ITIL

- 1 year+ experience in a Support role
