Harrington Starr are working in collaboration with a world leading investment management firm on the search for an enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst to join their team in London.

The role of the Service Desk Analyst will be providing 1st and 2nd line support for staff across the business.

To skills-set needed to be required for this Service Desk Analyst role:

  • Experience with Windows and Mac OS operating systems
  • Office 365 and Exchange experience
  • Exposure to networking and Citrix
  • Excellent communication skills
