We are working with an award-winning financial services technology company who are looking to grow their service delivery team with a business analyst. This client has gone through an impressive period of growth and have several new product launches in which an exciting time for the business is.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside technical teams to analyse and deliver BA requirements of the Service Delivery book of work
  • Define, gather and deliver detailed business requirements and functional specifications
  • Document gap analysis of client requirements
  • Develop the Service Delivery Business Analysis team processes and procedures

Skills Required

  • High level of numeracy, data manipulation and assimilation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships
  • Strong Business analytical knowledge in financial services
  • Strong Excel and data manipulation knowledge
