Senior Trade Floor Support Analyst - £350 per day - INSIDE IR35

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Trade Floor Support Analyst and play a crucial role in maintaining a seamless Front Office Trade Floor/Treasury desktop environment. Your expertise in investigating and resolving Front Office-related issues, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring rapid issue resolution will be pivotal in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve Front Office-related issues, collaborating with application owners, infrastructure teams, IT security, and vendors for effective problem management.
• Provide English language support to Front Office colleagues across the EMEA region, considering cultural and language differences.
• Foster collaborative relationships within the IT division, locally and globally.
• Gather and understand business users' requirements.
• Cover the Trading floor IT support contact, handling calls, creating tickets, and escalating as needed.
• Support walk-up and email requests, managing tickets and escalations.

Role Profile:

• Administer various IT environments, including PC builds, software configuration, SCCM, and printing.
• Coordinate and monitor escalations to 3rd level support groups.
• Primary support for the Trading floor video conferencing environment.
• Participate in IT projects to contribute your expertise.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical support roles, preferably within a trading floor environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide support across diverse cultures and languages.
• Collaborative mindset with the capacity to build relationships across teams.
• Proficiency in administering IT environments and supporting video conferencing setups.
• Project participation experience is a plus.
