Senior Technical Lead (iOS)

Harrington Starr have partnered with an established FinTech organisation who are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to be involved with architecture, software engineering principles and communication with stakeholders, developers and senior management across Mobile Development. You will be joining an established, leading FinTech organisation who are pushing technical boundaries and influential decisions around engineering functions.
The successful candidate will fundamentally have strong soft skills, primarily around delivering key technical messages, influencing the performance of iOS development and be comfortable with adapting, change and improve processes from the outset. You will have the ability to articulate technical requirements to new directions from a leadership standpoint, whilst having fundamental core development experience and knowledge where you can still be involved with core mobile development. Ideally, you will have clear examples of making technical changes and be able to show examples of key influence on Mobile Developers/teams from past architectural experiences. The role is open to someone who wants to make a real difference, keep quality high and work with high value software.
Key Requirements for the Senior Technical Lead (iOS)
- Experience of a team lead/architect position in the Mobile Dev space
- Strong opinions and ability to influence
- General understanding of software architecture principles
- Recent hands on iOS Dev exposure
- Maturity across high level software engineering
