This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, diverse, and dynamic team with a start-up mindset in an established investment manager. We are looking for a keen developer who wants to help drive and shape the future technology direction and contribute to the success of the company.

This is also your chance to work with industry veterans who work within a flat hierarchy to add value to this business.

You will cover a wide range of technologies, with recent development primarily in Python and MongoDB.

The main focus is a Greenfield project to rewrite an FX Platform. (Previous experience in this area is desired.)

The ideal candidate will:

• Have 4+ years of commercial experience of developing in Python (or similar language).
• Understand Data Structures & Algorithms. 
• Be pragmatic and flexible in their approach.
• Keen to lead a small team of junior engineers.
• DevOps - knowledge of containers, CI and CD, test-first development, and cloud.
• Exposure to micro-services and/or micro frontend architectures.
