The company

High-growth Silicon Valley technology vendor is looking to expand their European operation by hiring two senior sales people in their London offices. My client specialises in high performance computing technology which significantly speeds up processes compared to traditional database driven methods.

They already have a list of top tier investment banks that they are looking to build on and are looking for a sales people with a track record of selling complex technology into banking clients

The role

  • New business sales targeting banks and other financial institutions in the EMEA region
  • Generate prospects via cold calls, marketing, networking, your existing contacts etc
  • Build pipeline in line with agreed targets
  • Manage the end to end sales process and close business in line with agreed quota
  • Represent the brand at relevant industry and networking events
  • Provide the products team with client and prospect feedback to support product development
  • Maintain an up to date sales CRM

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success with sales figures to show you have met your sales quota in recent years
  • Experience selling complex solutions into investment banks
  • Experience selling to CTO, CIO, Chief Architect and other senior technology managers
  • Tech savvy – able to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to prospective clients
  • Willing to travel to meet prospects in the EMEA region
