The business boasts a who’s who list of impressive clients, across the Banking and Financial Services sectors, Insurance and Energy Trading sector, including many large and highly recognisable firms.
On behalf of our client we are searching for two Senior Sales Executives to play a significant part in the next phase of significant growth for the company. To be considered, you must have exceptional and outstanding experience of winning and closing sales of software solutions into Tier 1 Financial Institutions.

This is a high profile senior sales role, and will demand strategic sales expertise, ability to be part of a fast paced growing business, challenging environment and will requires a startup mentality. may present. You will possess ‘’hunter’’ mentality and ideally have a contact network which you can leverage from day 1!
- Achieve of £1m target of software license sales
- Build account plans and go to market campaigns, around the value proposition and drive activity.
- Full responsibility for driving 360 degree sales process; account and C level relationship management, product demonstrations, contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Evaluate prospect requirements, develop a concise understanding of prospects’ decision-making processes
- Develop relationships with decision influencing, senior executives
- Work with the Pre-Sales team to coordinate product demonstrations and workshops
- Experience selling FinTech Software license sales is essential
- Strong Financial Software sales experience with a proven track record is essential
- Strong solution hunter sales professional with a proven record of achieving /exceeding annual target.
- Strong existing client relationships and contact network.
- Ability to demonstrate understanding of dynamics and process in selling software licenses
- Startup company mentality
- Experience of selling into complex client enterprise, with long sales cycles
- Experience delivering product presentations, managing client workshops and proof of concepts.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, results driven with excellent communication skills.
